INHIBIENTE DEL HEREDERO IMPULSO DEL JUICIO SUCESORIO

SOY LETRADA EN UN JUICIO LABORAL. PREVIO A SU INICIACIÓN LOGRÉ UNA MEDIDA CAUTELAR (INHIBICIÓN DE BIENES DEL EMPLEADOR). AHORA BIEN ESTE EMPLEADOR ES HEREDERO DE SU MADRE CONJUNTAMENTE CON SU HERMANO YO TENGO INTERÉS EN INSCRIBIR EL UNICO BIEN DE ESTA SUCESIÓN A FIN DE EMBARGARLO . SI BIEN LA SUCESIÓN SE ENCUENTRA INICIADA Y CON DECLARATORIA DE HEREDEROS, ESTOS NO INSCRIBEN EL BIEN EN EL REGISTRO.SI ELLOS ( LOS HEREDEROS) DILATAN SINE DIE SU INSCRIPCIÓN PUEDO YO IMPULSAR LA INSCRIPCIÓN? digo esto, teniendo los datos del expediente donde fue declarado heredero.... no podés embargarle las acciones y derechos hereditarias que le pudieran corresponder?.-

entiendo que no hay otros bienes propios del empleador para embargarle?.-

Gracias Alejandra por tu ayuda. Por supuesto el empleador no tiene naaadaaaaa a su nombre. Lo que sucede es que esta es una cautelar previa al juicio. De todos modos tu ayuda me dio una idea importante quizás para cuando le corra traslado de la demanda. Gracias. Camila.
