LTADESNECESITO CONFECCIONAR UN MANDAMIENTO DE INTIMACIÓN Y EMBARGO. EN LA PARTE QUE DICE "FACULTADES DEL LETRADO", TENGO QUE PONER LAS FACULTADES QUE ME OTORGA. PERO EL PROVEIDO NADA DICE Y EN EL JUZGADO ME DIJERON QUE PONGA LAS QUE EL PROVEIDO OTORGA. MENCIONA EL ART. 230 Y 231 DE LA LEY 5177 Y ART. 27 DEL AC. 1814.( BUENOS AIRES) PERO ESOS ARTICULOS NO EXISTEN EN LA LEY. COLEGAS DE DONDE LO SACO??. LES AGRADEZCO MUCHO BESOS!!!
