PLANES NO VIGENTES RESOLUCIONES

BUENAS TARDES FORISTAS, QUISIERA PLANTEAR EL PROBLEMA DE LA NUEVA RESOLUCION QUE DESCUENTA LOS PLANES NO VIGENTES PARA LAS JUBILACIONES ACORDADAS A PARTIR DE ABRIL DE 2008,
RESULTA SER QUE MI CLIENTE TENIA VARIOS SICAM MAL HECHOS Y POR ENDE ENVIADOS DE LO QUE ANSES UNA VEZ QUE APROBO FINALMENTE EL BENEFICIO SE LOS COMIENZO A DESCONTAR DEL RECIBO DE SUELDO, ESTO ES FIGURA "DESCUENTO DE PLAN NO VIGENTE" A TODO ESTO NOS INFORMARON QUE POR HABER TENIDO EN CUENTA LOS PAGOS ANTERIORES SE LOS TENDRIAN QUE DESCONTAR, ASI LE TOMARON TODO EL RETROACTIVO Y LOS SUBSIGUIENTES PAGOS HASTA CANCELAR, QUE SE PUEDE HACER CONTRA ESTO YA QUE NADIE SABE SIQUIERA EL NUMERO DE LA RESOLUCION, UN SALUDO ESPERO SUS OPINIONES

Todas las cuotas de los planes no vigentes que figuran pagadas por ANSES fueron tomadas como pago a cuenta, por tanto a tu cliente le ha disminuido la deuda; en consecuencia, más que lógico que la ANSES "se cobre" esas sumas que anticipó a la AFIP y que finalmente redundaron en la disminución del importe de la cuota que ahora afronta.-
Ese es el problemilla que surge cuando se dejan los planes vigentes y corren las cuotas hasta que se reformula...
Es correcto el descuento, aparte está circularizado como expresa Ariel desde el año pasado.-
