Estimados, tengo el siguiente problema. En un expte iniciado por el actor, esta la boleta de la tasa de justicia pero falta el comprobante de pago. Yo abogado de la demandada pedi q pase a sentencia y me sacaron ese previo. El tema es q la abogada y el actor se borraron, no contestan telefono, mail nada. Necesito saber si hay alguna manera de obtener el ticket de pago si es q fue pagada, si se puede oficiar a la corte por ej. Para no abonarla dos veces q me parece muy desprolijo... mil gracias!!
